    Just… amazing!

Incredible lense! It's a great pleasure to photograph with!

Here you can see some NEF's I made - https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B3akmexHeHI_SkhaYjRheVlFWnM&usp=sharing

I guess there is a little back focusing with the D90 I have, not sure about it as I shoot handheld, there is a shift in colour and contrast for sure - getting warmer when close to 1.2, you can see it in the samples

    And again - amazing!

    Great lens! Sharp and nice!
A back focusing problem with some old bodies

Overall this is a great lens! I like very much the sharpness and the picture it creates!

The only problem is the back focusing with some old bodies - when shooting on 200mm and closest focusing - here you can see the problem - https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B3akmexHeHI_Uy1qZDMxWEpHaDg&usp=sharing

    very, very good lens
one of the best I have, although it is kind of old already - I have it since 2006 - it works great on film and digital, all of the product shots I have are made with it - if someone is interested - http://www.dreamstime.com/astrug_info

very good, wide and sharp, compact, light and 2.8
old AF which in my mind doesn't matter at all

My first impressions are very very good... on film it's wide and sharp, doesn't bend the perspective much, like fisheye, and the hood is so well build - you can put on and off filters without removing it
