Las Vegas, March 3, 2009 – FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. announced today that the Digital Imaging Marketing Association (DIMA) named its 2009 DIMA Photo Kiosk Shoot-Out Award winner at the PMA 2009 International Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. DIMA, a division of Photo Marketing Association International (PMAI) presented Fujifilm with the 2009 DIMA Photo Kiosk “People’s Choice” Award for the GetPix™ VP2 Printer System in the Instant Print Kiosk category.
“We are honored to receive the DIMA Instant Print Kiosk Award for our GetPix™ Kiosk system,” said Jim Riekert, director of marketing, Imaging Division – Kiosks, FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. “Print order terminals and instant printers are an increasingly important part of the retail photo solution, and we aim to provide customers with the most easy-to-use system that prints high quality photos in a matter of minutes.”

Fujifilm continues to expand the GetPix™ Kiosk solutions that enable retailers to provide high quality, instant prints with innovative printing and software technologies. At PMA 2009, Fujifilm showcased the GetPix™ Kiosk Terminal Software “TS,” a key differentiator for the GetPix™ VP2 Printer System. The TS software expands the ability of retailers to respond to changing needs quickly by simply adding plug-in software for TS to offer in-store, on-screen promotions, as well as a variety of additional print services from Fujifilm, including collages, photo books, gifts and poster prints. Combined with a touch panel display interface, the new software helps to ensure a user-friendly print ordering process.
