More samples from the Canon EOS-1D! (UPDATED)

Dave Etchells provides a second round of sample images from Canon's just-announced Pro EOS digital SLR...
(Dave here) - I'm really struggling for time this week, trying to keep my head above water with a flood of review work to get through. I'm not able to spend as much concentrated time with the new Canon 1D as I'd like, but I'll keep trying to post new photos regularly, and to continue experimenting with it. I've uploaded a new set of sample photos today, showing some examples of different color matrix settings on our "Outdoor Portrait" test, along with some tweaks on the camera's tone curve. Check it out!
UPDATED 2001-10-02 18:19ET: As described in another news item, our sample images have been temporarily withdrawn due to a bug in the firmware of our prototype camera. Stay tuned for more samples as soon as we receive updated images available!
