Nikon prepares to release new digicam!

Two weeks from today, the company will take the wraps off its latest digital camera design...
Nikon Inc. has today posted a brief teaser heralding its latest digital camera which will be announced on May 29th, 2002. A shockwave flash presentation on the Nikon site doesn't give much away. As can be seen in the (reduced size) animated GIF image below, a Rubik's cube design is shown, and three taglines presumably hinting at camera features appear from the sides of the cube. The messages are: "Simply Cool", "Digital from all Angles" and "Taking Digital to the Next Dimension".
The presentation concludes with the text "Coolpix3 coming May 29th", and provides a form to register for more information once the camera is announced, and also offers a "Tell a Friend" feature.
