In a press release that went out yesterday, the well-known name in digital photography details its involvement with Arthur Bleich's upcoming "digital photography cruise".
We first told you about this year's cruise and workshop late last month, but if you don't remember (or missed the item), it represents an opportunity to refine your digital photography skills with help from the pros, whilst taking a break and getting away from it all on board Carnival's cruise ship 'Legend'.
Each participant can choose a camera, accessory or software gift package which apparently is worth some $1,000 - and Olympus' 3 megapixel Camedia D-550 Zoom, announced last May, is included in the camera package.
The cruise takes in Belize, Costa Rica and Panama over 8 days from December 4th to 12th, 2002, and costs $1940 - $2215 per workshop attendee, depending on cabin type (inside/outside). Companions who're not participating in the digital photography workshops cost $970 - $1108. For more, including the cruise itinerary, workshop details, etc., visit the Digital Photography Cruise Home Page.
