Fred Miranda tests the EOS-1Ds By

Pro photographer Fred Miranda, whose name regular readers will recognize for his excellent series of PhotoShop actions for removing noise, recovering highlights and more, has just posted a review of Canon's EOS-1Ds digital camera.
Fred took a look at the $8000 camera with its whopping 11 megapixel resolution from the point of view of a landscape photographer. There's some great insight as to how the camera performs in the field, and potential advantages / disadvantages when compared to the EOS-1D - not to mention some truly stunning photos.
