The new OneTouch 9320 USB is an extremely fast color flatbed scanner with the ability to scan up to 3200 x 6400 dpi in 48-bit color and has a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interface. The Slimline scanner series uses Visioneer's patent pending FlashBack Bi-directional AutoScan Technology to simplify scanning tasks. With most scanners, the user has to click prescan and wait for the preview to appear on the screen. While the scanning head returns, the user selects what area to scan and the scanner must make a second pass to complete the final scan. With Visioneer's FlashBack AutoScan enabled, the scanner moves one way to prescan the image area quickly, automatically crops to the edges of the photo, then reverses direction and completes the final high resolution scan on the return trip. Visioneer scanners with FlashBack simplify scanning and save time by eliminating the second pass during autocrop scanning.
