PRESS RELEASE: Kaidan, EyeSee 360 and Kodak Sponsor Macworld Expo Panoramic Event

Show attendees can learn about and participate in panoramic photography at Macworld 'Spin-O-Rama' event.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - USA - Tuesday, January 6, 2004 - Kaidan Incorporated together with EyeSee360 and Kodak Professional, announced their support and sponsorship of the Macworld Expo Spin-O-Rama Panoramic Event. Held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco from January 5th through January 9th, the event, organized by the International QuickTime VR Association (IQTVRA), is a live photographic event where show attendees can learn about QuickTime VR (QTVR) technology and actually capture QTVR panoramic images around the show and San Francisco.

Kaidan and EyeSee360 are providing five complete 360 One VR® single-shot panoramic imaging systems all equipped with Kodak Professional DCS Pro 14n digital cameras supplied by Kodak for the event. Attendees will be able to learn from the expert staff from Kaidan and EyeSee360 as well as leading professional photographer, Pat St. Clair (http://www.stclairphotoimaging. com/) who has been working with the 360 One VR/Pro 14n system for several months. The panoramic images captured by the attendees and other photographers will be posted on the Macworld Spin-O-Rama/IQTVRA web site (http://www.iqtvra.org/MWSF2004/index.htm). Anyone will be able to visit the site and take a virtual tour around Macworld and local environs.

According to Kaidan President, Jim Anders, "We're very excited to be able to support the IQTVRA and Macworld Expo in this manner. Panoramic QTVR photography is such a compelling interactive medium and it's a natural fit for an event such as Macworld Expo." The 360 One VR won the Macworld Best of Show just two years ago and in that time digital cameras, such as the Kodak Pro 14n, have advanced the state of the art considerably. We're now able to capture quality panoramic images in one shot that only a few years ago required twelve or more images."
