Reindeer Graphics Releases Focus Extender Plug-In

How about bracketing focus and blending the resulting images into one shot? This new release from the developers of Optipix and Fovea Pro does just that.
Reindeer Graphics has released Focus Extender 1.0, a Photoshop-compatible plug-in to combine a several images shot with different fields in focus, retaining the most in-focus regions of each.
The scriptable plug-in can, therefore, expand the depth of field for image captures that require large apertures.
At $499.95, it's available for Macintosh OS 9, OS X 10.2 and later or Windows with Photoshop 5 and up. A demo version is available on request.
