There have been a lot of attempts to bring high style to the digicam market, but most efforts have fallen short in the image-quality department.
A cool-looking camera is great, but only if it takes pictures that look as good as it does. To my eye, Canon has done exactly that, with their SD10 model. This is a sleek, svelte digicam that's definitely in the "fashion accessory" category, but which also takes very good-looking photos.
Its one concession to the sleek case profile is a fixed focal length (vs zoom) lens, a lack that I personally lament, but that many point & shoot users will be perfectly content with. All in all, one of the best attempts to combine style and picture-taking that I've seen to date. Check it out!
