A press release today from Fuji Photo Film U.S.A. Inc. announces that Atsushi Yoneda, formerly the Senior Executive Vice President of the company, has been named President and Chief Executive Officer.

Yoneda succeeds Yasuo "George" Tanaka, who takes on a newly created role as Chairman. Tanaka has led Fujifilm Photo Film's US operations since 1998, having joined the company in 1963, and also serves as Senior Vice President, Representative Director on the Board of Directors. Yoneda joined shortly after Tanaka in 1965, and serves as a Corporate Vice President.

ATSUSHI YONEDA NAMED PRESIDENT, FUJI PHOTO FILM U.S.A., INC. YASUO "GEORGE" TANAKA BECOMES CHAIRMAN

VALHALLA, NY, April 1, 2004-Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd. announced today in Tokyo that Atsushi Yoneda has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc. He succeeds Yasuo "George" Tanaka, who has been appointed Chairman, a new position. Tanaka has led the company since 1998.

Yoneda was appointed Executive Vice President of the company in 2001 and Senior Executive Vice President in 2003. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Enovation Graphic Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Fuji Photo Film U.S.A., Inc. that distributes equipment, consumables and technical services to the graphic communications industry.

"Fujifilm USA has grown and prospered during a period of great change under George Tanaka's leadership," said Yoneda. "He has strengthened our organization while successfully marketing new digital products and technologies to the various industries we serve. At the same time, he has reinforced our company's commitment to those industries, to our customers, to our employees and to our communities, and I share in his commitment to these important constituencies."

Tanaka joined Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd., Fujifilm USA's parent company, in 1963 and serves on the Board of Directors as Senior Vice President, Representative Director. Yoneda joined the parent company in 1965 and serves as a Corporate Vice President.

Both executives are married with grown children and live in Westchester County, NY.
