Mr. Tomohisa Saito replaces former President and CEO Mr. Henry Okamura
Mahwah, NJ (April 6, 2005) - Konica Minolta Photo Imaging U.S.A., Inc. (KMPI) announces today the appointment of Mr. Tomohisa Saito to President and CEO, replacing Mr. Henry Okamura who has accepted a position as President and CEO with Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe.
"Mr. Saito's understanding of the photo imaging segment of our business makes him ideally suited for his new role as President and CEO at Konica Minolta Photo Imaging U.S.A., Inc.," said Henry Okamura, former President and CEO, KMPI. "As I leave KMPI for my new and exciting assignment in Europe, I know that I leave U.S. imaging operations in very capable hands."
Prior to his new position at KMPI, Mr. Saito was the Managing Director and General Manager of Sales and Marketing at the headquarters of Konica Minolta Photo Imaging Inc., in Japan. His previous 27 years of experience with Konica Minolta was focused on the sales and marketing activities of the Imaging segment of the business, with much of his distinguished career dealing in the Asian markets at the former Konica Corporation.
