While the Canadian-based company is focusing its software product on the burgeoning Middle Eastern market place the release of Image2Print 6.2 highlights the versatility of the industry leading software and its dynamic ability to support all major world languages simultaneously. The addition of the Arabic user interface of the touch-screen PC-based digital kiosk application will empower middle-eastern customers to create an array of quality photo products through its simple touch-of-the-screen approach.

In addition to Arabic, conversion to other languages is also readily available with the robust software package that has been designed to handle bi-directional scripts as well as the complex scripts and ligatures other language conversion programs prefer to avoid. "Because we are Unicode compliant our translation application is very advanced," says Todd Hiscock, CEO Beaufort Solutions, "even the distinct dialects within a language are supported-meaning should a customer want Spanish in Madrid or Mexico the software will meet the need."

Offering customers a kiosk with the ability support multiple languages simultaneously has tremendous value in the marketplace providing Beaufort customer's with a distinct competitive advantage in the self-service niche. Complex template products such as greeting cards or calendars, fully support multiple languages within a single template and can be shared across the languages. As well, each language can also have its own unique templates. The calendar portion of calendar templates can be generated on-the-fly by Image2Print automatically for the user selected language. The Hijri calendar is soon to be supported by Image2Print to complement the addition of the Arabic language translation.

There is no need for recorded voices for each language translated. Image2Print's Text to Speech engines allow the software's animated characters are able to speak most world languages.
