PRESS RELEASE: BenQ Launches the X725 and T700 Digital Cameras into the UK Market
Hemel-Hempstead, 7th June 2007 - BenQ today announces the launch of the much-anticipated X725 and T700 digital cameras into the UK market, just in time to capture the summer.
The T700 digital camera is an elegant 7-megapixel model boasting a 3-inch touch screen display for maximum viewing enjoyment. Both exquisite screens underline BenQ's heritage in quality LCD technology, which PC user all over the UK have come to expect, and carries this heritage through to these stunning cameras.
The ideal summer accessory includes user-friendly features such as stainless steel casing and a 'tag to enlarge' function, enabling users to enlarge specific areas of their photos by simply tapping the screen. TheT700, which is the first touch screen digital camera to be launched by BenQ, is also incredibly slim at only 14.9 mm wide.
The slim T700 doesn't compromise on quality, as the 3 inch panel produces a screen resolution of 232,000 pixels for the clearest and sharpest possible viewing & touching. What's more, the T700 features a Pentax SMC (Super Multi-Coating) lens for high contrast images and with a high colour saturation.
The X725 digital camera is the successor of the award-winning X720 and is the world's slimmest 7-megapixel camera, measuring just 12.5mm in width. The super-slim camera features a Pentax 3x optical zoom lens with a Sliding Lens System to ensure premium image quality.
Both BenQ digital cameras incorporate an advanced S.S.F (Super Shake Free) system which reduces image blur caused by shaky hands and moving images, creating a crisp and more accurate image.
