PRESS RELEASE: NAPP Launches New Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Online Training Course
Matt Kloskowski Hosts Online Course Teaching "The New Digital Photography Workflow" Using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom
TAMPA, FL -- June 28, 2007 -- The National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) is excited to announce the release of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Basic Training, a new training class by Matt Kloskowski -- NAPP education and curriculum developer and host of the popular Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Killer Tips podcast.
This online class is a primer for digital photographers and Photoshop users who want to dive right into the important Photoshop Lightroom techniques they'll need to get started without going into a lot of technical terminology or digital photography theory. Kloskowski covers the entire workflow process from sorting, to developing, to presenting and outputting final prints, and teaches which features in Photoshop Lightroom will allow them to work faster and easier than ever. While the course covers Photoshop Lightroom basics, Kloskowski also touches on the newest and most exciting features found in the recently-released Photoshop Lightroom 1.1 upgrade.
According to Kloskowski, "Photoshop Lightroom isn't about bogging you down with yet another complicated application. Instead, it takes all of the things that you normally do while sorting and processing your digital photos and puts them all into one easy-to-use tool that really simplifies the whole process."
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Basic Training is available as a 21-day online course at www.photoshoptraining.com. Each day, class attendees visit the website and download the day's materials. Then they simply watch the class session, and following along with the tutorial. It's an ideal way to "learn at your own pace," and you have a total of 60 days to complete the online training class, so you learn on a schedule convenient to you. Tuition for the 21-day course is only $69.99 (or only $49.99 if you're a member of NAPP).
