Olympus releases firmware updates for 6 E-series DSLRs By

Olympus has posted firmware updates to improve focusing accuracy when using the EC-20 teleconverter for its E-510, E-500, E-410, E-330, E-300 and E-1 digital SLRs. The E-510 update also improves image stabilization when shooting at slow shutter speeds.
E-510 Firmware Ver1.2: - Improved the focusing accuracy when using the EC-20 Teleconverter.
- Improved image stabilization when shooting at slow shutter speeds.
E-500 Firmware Ver1.3: - Improved the focusing accuracy when using the EC-20 Teleconverter.
E-410 Firmware Ver1.3: - Improved the focusing accuracy when using the EC-20 Teleconverter.
E-330 Firmware Ver1.3: - Improved the focusing accuracy when using the EC-20 Teleconverter.
E-300 Firmware Ver1.5: - Improved the focusing accuracy when using the EC-20 Teleconverter.
- Note: If the firmware is updated to version 1.5, the settings except date will be cleared and returned to the factory default.
E-1 Firmware Ver1.5: - Improved the focusing accuracy when using the EC-20 Teleconverter.
