Camera Offers Three-inch LCD Screen, Anti-Shake and Face Detection
Norcent® Flash Memory Product Line-Up is Expanded for Retailers

Las Vegas, NV - PMA Booth #G-251 -- January 28, 2008 -- Norcent, a marketer of high-quality home entertainment and digital products, will be featuring one of its latest digital cameras, the 10-megapixel DCS-1050 with Face Detection and Anti-Shake technology at the upcoming 2008 PMA Show. Norcent is also introducing their new and expanded line of flash memory cards including CF, SD, card adapters and retail value packs.

“Norcent is expanding further into the photographic marketplace. Our commitment to quality and value is proven by the addition of our slim, feature laden DCS-1050 10-megapixel digital camera. It gives amateur photographers the advantage of capturing professional looking, ultra-high resolution images of up to 3648 x 2736,” commented Rick Stans, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing.

The large 3”, scratch-resistant, TFT-panel color LCD display assures users will have a perfect view of what they are shooting or showing. Additionally, Anti-Shake technology, Face Detection technology, 3X optical zoom and 4X digital zoom are included for crisp, clear photos. To maintain color accuracy and the clarity needed for consistently high quality photography, the DCS-1050 digital camera offers white balance settings of manual, daylight, cloudy, tungsten, fluorescent, and custom.

Its built-in flash includes six modes and users can also select from 22 scene modes as well. In movie mode, the Norcent® camera captures MPEG-4 video clips with resolutions of 640 x 480, 320 x 240, or 160 x 120. Playback is in either NTSC or PAL formats with up to 30 seconds of WAV audio. The DCS-1050 has 16MB of internal memory and is compatible with external SD/MMC flash storage media.

Norcent® Flash Memory Product Line
Known for its reliability, the expanded Norcent® flash memory storage line-up includes Compact Flash and Secure Digital cards in up to 8GB capacities. Also offered are Mini, Micro, and the versatile Duo (SD + USB) and Trio (SD + Micro SD + USB) Secure Digital cards in a variety of capacities for most mobile storage applications. New this year are retail value packs of flash memory and flash card adapters. Norcent® also offers a fill line of USB drives in 2GB, 4GB and 8GB.

Pricing and Availability
The Norcent® DCS-1050 10-Megapixel 50 Series digital camera has an estimated street price of $179.99 at select retailers nationwide. The flash cards, flash card adapters and USB drives are competitively priced and available at a variety of online and traditional retail outlets nationwide.
