Video is recorded in the advanced MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format encoding technology. This advanced compression delivers exceptional video clarity and detail while maintaining the smallest file size possible. Users can record up to one hour of video per gigabyte of available memory (TV-HQ mode) on a standard SD orSDHC memory card. SDHC cards up to a capacity of 32 gigabytes are supported.

LARGE 2.5 INCH DISPLAY
The Xacti CG9 features a large 2.5 inch amorphous silicon TFT Liquid Crystal Display (LCD). The bright display flips out from the camera and rotates to allow taking great video or still images from otherwise-difficult-to-view positions.This is especially useful when shooting in large crowds or in small rooms.

MAC OS COMPATIBLE
The Windows compatible CG9 is also designed to work with Apple's full complement of video editing applications including the iMovie 08. Easily edit your movies and add them to your website or YouTube for sharing or create versions foriPod, iPhone or the Apple TV.

CONVENIENT SD/SDHC MEMORY CARD STORAGE

RANDOM ACCESS
