 Carl Zeiss has been manufacturing lenses to fit the Nikon and Pentax/Samsung SLR camera mounts since 2006, and now has two macro lenses in its lineup. The 50mm f/2 Makro-Planar is designed to cover a 35mm frame, built to ''old-school'' specifications that guarantee compatibility with older camera bodies.
