PRESS RELEASE: The new "Daytour" camera backpack series from Hama
Accessible tour companions
Snap-happy hikers, who take a backpack from the Hama "Daytour" series with them on their travels, won't need to spare another thought on how they can safely transport all of their expensive photography equipment - and have it on hand all the time too. Both the "Daytour Backpack 230" and the slightly more compact model "Backpack 180" score on their well thought-out and detailed layout, and will win you over with their practical quick-access features, allowing the camera to be ready for use at any instant.
No need to bother with setting everything down
When a postcard moment suddenly springs up, there's rarely enough time to first put down the backpack, open it up completely and then put up a tripod to get better stability. The new "Daytour" backpacks from Hama help you in your plight.
When worn on the front, both versions present themselves as an excellent support when taking photos. Both offer direct access to the camera from above; the larger "Backpack 230" also features a quick-access on its side. For all those who don't want to forego using their often cumbersome tripod, a convenient transport possibility is offered by a loop and a storable tripod bag.

Alongside a SLR digital camera, stored particularly safely by a lens support and a stable inner lining, there is space for eight to eleven additional lenses, a flash and further accessories in the miracle that is the "Daytour" photo backpack. The variable hook-and-loop connectors inside the backpack also allow for carrying a mixture of photo equipment and personal things, without the entire contents getting jumbled up.
The quick access has a folding-out cover with pockets marked in different colours for full and empty memory cards and the included cleaning cloth is always to hand at the instant it is needed.
Inside the backpack there are further compartments for full or empty batteries and filters. On the outside there are two or three large elastic side pockets, depending on the model. The backpacks are made really fit for the outdoors with a rain cover and a rubberised, water-resistant base to protect the sensitive equipment from too much moisture.
