German based PRIOLITE GMBH launches innovative and mobile lighting systems at Photokina 2010

Initial products such as the MB500 and M500 show convincingly the innovative force of the Priolite Company based in Würzburg. An extremely compact studio strobe unit with Li-ion batteries will be presented at the Photokina 2010, supplemented by an extremely fast compact unit for worldwide use. Both units are supplemented by a comprehensive line of accessories and are capable of RF remote control. Some of the Bowens and Hensel accessories can also be used.

Priolite's objective is to use state-of-the-art technologies such as LED's and Li-ion batteries to create convenient lighting systems for today's demands in the field of professional photography combined with a unique bidirectional remote control. All this is packed into a sturdy metal housing with precision cast parts to prevent failure even under rough treatment. All equipment is produced in Germany and subject to intensive quality control. This makes it possible to provide a 2-year guarantee on all parts with the exception of the fl ash tube and modeling light. Priolite's line of products is being expanded continuously. For this reason a battery-operated mobile generator for extremely short charging times will be introduced in the Spring of 2011. In parallel to this the line of accessories will continue to be supplemented and expanded. Priolite products will be available worldwide soon. Presently the company is establishing a worldwide network of distributors and service stations.

PRIOLITE was founded in 2009. All products are designed, developed and manufactured in Germany under a strict quality control. Priolite is warranting a 2 years guarantee. Founder and managing diresctor is Dipl. Ing. Joachim Renschke. He studied electronics at the Technical University of Berlin and was then active in development management for integrated circuitry for global companies. In 1990 he became part of the management team at Hensel Studiotechnik in Würzburg, where he was responsible for the development of many innovative products such as the battery-operated Porty System, the TRIA studio generators as well as compact strobe equipment for the Expert Pro Series. At the end of 2008 Mr. Renschke withdrew from Hensel Studiotechnik and founded Priolite.
