PRESS RELEASE: Firmware update FinePix HS20EXR to resolve overheating issue
Firmware update Ver.1.02 for FinePix HS20EXR / HS22EXR digital cameras
03 May 2011 -- FinePix HS20EXR cameras running on firmware versions lower than 1.02 have a software bug where they report that they are overheating when they are in fact running at a safe internal temperature.
The firmware update v 1.02 resolves this by adjusting the warning to only display when the camera is actually running with a high temperature.
