Planned outage for IR server tonight

In the wee hours of tonight, the IR server will be taken offline briefly for a hardware upgrade.
The outage is expected to last around 30 minutes, and take place somewhere between 1 AM and 4 AM Eastern time.
Hopefully, the planned time will minimize inconvenience to our readers, but for those of you who're affected, please accept our apologies!
