Steve Sanders looks at Olympus' E-100RS 'Rapid Shot' digital camera
Our friends over at the Steve's Digicams website have today posted a first-look at Olympus' E-100RS digital camera. The RS stands for 'Rapid Shot', and this camera is certainly true to the name - sequential shooting at speeds of up to 15 frames per second is possible. The camera also features a 1.5 megapixel CCD image sensor, and the same 10x optical zoom, image-stabilising lens as Olympus' C-2100UZ digital camera. There's no conclusions drawn yet, as this is just a first-look, but Steve has provided the usual in-depth look at camera layout and control, as well as a set of sample images - all of which should give you an idea of how the camera performs...
When you've read Steve's first-look, get another opinion on the camera from our own full review, posted back on January 18th!
