Our friends at the recently launched website dcviews.com emailed this afternoon to point out that Toshiba Germany has quietly unveiled a new camera which nobody at IFA seems to have noticed. The Toshiba PDR-M71, dubbed 'Black Magic', looks to be a replacement for the PDR-M70, using the same chassis, Canon 2.8x optical zoom lens, etc. from the 4 megapixel PDR-M81.
