BBC image shows what Hurricane Sandy would have looked like if it hit Europe

We've published some terrifying photos and videos of Hurricane Sandy and the resulting devastation this week but here's a striking image that gives a new perspective on just how massive the storm really was.
Created by the BBC, the map shows a simulated satellite view of what Sandy would have looked like had it swept through Europe, with the storm's center not far from Paris.
