Grab the first issue of Lightroom Magazine for the iPad for free

 

 

Here's a cool freebie if you're a fan of Adobe's Lightroom and you have an iPad: it's called Lightroom Magazine and it's filled with tips and tricks for Adobe's popular image management program.

Put together by Lightroom guru Scott Kelby and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals, the first issue of this "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom How-to Magazine" for the iPad is free and features over 60 pages of info including step-by-step tutorials designed specifically for the Library, Develop, and Book Modules of Lightroom. There are also before and after video tutorials, Lightroom plug-ins, and more.

Issues after that are $4.99 a piece, though it's unclear how frequently Lightroom Magazine will be published. Also, according to some customer reviews on the Lightroom Magazine page in the iTunes App Store, there seem to be some technical difficulties with downloading the free premiere. (Hopefully they'll work that out soon.)
