Now here's something that should calm your nerves on a Monday. Check out this amazing video by director Jacob Schwarz of colorful ink drops blooming, moving, and intersecting with each other in water in slow motion.

If that doesn't sound particularly interesting, consider that it was shot at 4K (4,096×2,304) resolution with a Red Epic digital cinema camera and a Canon 100mm macro lens. The detail in this 3-minute clip is simply mind-blowing.

To get the full effect, set the video's resolution to "original" and watch in full screen on a suitably high-res display. Even if you still won't be seeing it at anywhere near the original resolution (YouTube limits web viewing to 2,048 x 1,536 pixels), it's still quite an experience!
