We've told you about cameras disguised as juice boxes; cameras hidden in turn-of-the-century pocket watches; and disguised as smiley face buttons, and sunglasses; so we'd be remiss if we didn't tell you about this sweet new imaging product: doughnut camera!
Made in Japan (of course), these PVC-coated, doughnut-shaped cameras feature 3-megapixel sensors and have a variety of effects including a classic vignette and red, green, blue, and hard chrome filters. So, in other words, the square-shaped photos that doughnut camera produces may have a few holes but you can always glaze them over with these special imaging toppings.
The doughnut cam can also shoot 640 x 480-pixel video and comes equipped with a microSD card slot and a USB port.
The 38.78mm, f/2.8 fixed focus lens lens is not really remarkable but then again it's a camera shaped like a freakin' doughnut, so what do you expect? It has a rechargeable, lithium-ion battery, which will let you capture about 150 shots on a single charge. You can get your doughnut camera in a variety of flavors here for $65.
Below is a short video captured with this uniquely designed digital confection.
