Skier captures harrowing avalanche with GoPro helmet-cam in Greece

Point-of-view videos captured with GoPro action cameras never cease to amaze. Last time, we showed you this jaw-dropping GoPro footage of a female diver hitching a ride on a great white shark. Now we present to you an equally harrowing clip.
It's shot by a skier in Vasilitsa, Greece, who had a GoPro attached to his helmet as he took off down the mountain. Nearly a minute into the clip, the skier turns around and sees a fast approaching avalanche barreling down on him.
What does he do? He skis off the slope, grabs a tree branch, and hangs on for dear life.
