The Monoculo Design Studio has a knack for creating everyday household objects shaped like giant camera lenses. Back in February, we told you about the studio's ceiling lamp designed like a huge Nikon lens. Now, Monoculo seems to have outdone itself with its newest creation: a comfy stool that looks like a Canon fisheye lens.
The 21-inch (height) by 16-inch (diameter) handmade stool, is built from Ayous wood and has a plush, cushioned red top for sitting on. That top is removable and the stool is hollow inside, making it a convenient place to store your camera gear in your studio. While the stool is not actually branded as a Canon lens, anyone who's used a Canon 8-15mm f/4L Fisheye will instantly recognize the design.
Unfortunately, this unique handcrafted stool is not cheap. You can get it from Etsy for US$777 and, at the time of this writing, there was only one stool left.
