This POV Parkour vid will make your palms sweat (VIDEO)

Today, most of us in the USA are probably sitting at our computers or desks in a post-barbecue and explosions induced torpor — but this parkour video from Cambridge in the UK should do an awful lot to get your heartbeat up and pumping again.
This video was shot by the parkour video group Ampisound using a specially developed POV rig. Traceur James Kingston had a custom-built head-mount for a GoPro Hero 3, which he used to record himself running around the city of Cambridge. Shot over a couple of days of running, its almost preternatural smoothness is a combination of Kingston's own talents at the sport, as well as some After Effects smoothing, and judicious use of slow motion.
The video has exploded in popularity since it was uploaded, and has prompted the folks at Ampisound to start a whole range of POV videos (alongside their substantial body of work from a more traditional perspective).
