Really Nice Images recreates 81 analog films with two new Lightroom plugin packs

 

 

The folks at Really Nice Images have put together two new packs of affordably priced film plugins for Lightroom, giving you the chance to try and recreate analog classics if the $119 VSCO packs are too rich for your blood. The Iconic Films 2 and Faded Films 2 packs go for $39.99 each, or as a bundle for $69.98.

The Iconic Films pack replicates 47 classic films, and also includes a toolkit for editing how each of them effects your image. The Fade Films pack, in turn, holds 34 presets, but are rather devoted to replicating certain looks and feels, rather than specific film types. All told, that's a whopping 81 different filters between the pair. In a press release, Really Nice Images said:

"'All Films' is our best preset package ever. It is comprehensive. It contains a great diversity of film looks from negative films to Polaroids and slide films. It also has some unique presets. With this product you can try even films that are no longer in use like Kodachrome from the edge 50s and 60s or Agfa Chrome from 1978. it is really amazing."
