Wescott has unveiled its 10-in–1 Omega Reflector, a piece of lighting gear with a little trick up its sleeve. Designed with a removable panel in the middle, the Omega Reflector can act as a ring-light of sorts, letting you shoot straight through it, rather than around the perimeter.

The 10-in–1 offering is based off the ability to use its black, white, gold, silver and one stop diffusion surfaces, both with and without the removable panel. When fully expanded, the reflector comes in at 38”x45” and when folded up shrinks down to a third of its size at 14”x14”.

In addition to a carrying case and shoulder strap to carry around the shrunken reflector, Westcott also includes two suction cups for a better variety of mounting options on smooth surfaces.

If you want to get your hands on one of these, you can head on over to B&H and pre-order it for $100. It’s set to ship later this month.
