In addition to announcements regarding its lens lineup, Olympus has unveiled a limited edition, ‘titanium-tinted’ OM-D E-M5 II model.

Only 7000 of these cameras are set to be made. Internally, there are no differences between this limited edition model and your standard OM-D E-M5 II. However, on the outside, you’ll notice a new aesthetic, which draws inspiration from Olympus’ classic OM–3Ti 35mm SLR from 1994.

In addition to a new color, the camera also comes with a custom leather strap and an owner’s card printed with a quote from Yoshihisa Maitani, the designer of the original OM camera, the latter of which will come inside a leather case.

The limited edition OM-D E-M5 II will be available in June 2015 for £1,000 (~US$1566) as a body-only and £1,350 (~US$2115) as a kit with an Olympus 14–150mm f/4–5.6 II superzoom lens.

Pre-orders are now available for the Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II Limited Edition Kit. Purchasing one of these kits or any other product from one of our trusted affiliates helps support the site.
