Canon users looking for fast glass need not look any further. Ebay user zenithfan is auctioning off an extremely rare Canon 50mm f/.75 Xl lens.

Currently at its starting bid of US$20 (not including US$8 shipping), the lens looks to be in considerably good condition. It’s serial number is 11221 and with the exception of a few minor blemishes on the metal exterior, the glass itself and the Canon screw mount look like new.

Seller zenithfan notes the lens was originally used on a 1" video camera tube. As for measurements, front element of the lens comes in at roughly 70mm in diameter, while the rear element measures 17mm in diameter.

The auction ends in six days, so you have some time to decide if you want to pick up this blazing fast glass. If you’d like to see what an f/.75 lens looks like, check out our previous coverage of the De Oude Delft Rayxa lens.
