A couple of weeks ago, I published my Ricoh Theta S field test; today, I return with the conclusion of the review!

No question about it, the Ricoh Theta S is one of the most unusual and interesting cameras I've ever shot with, and that shows itself in our review. Where typically one of our reviews would come accompanied by reams of test data and standardized test shots, all of that goes out the window when you're reviewing a camera which can see in almost every direction at once.

And so just as I did with the field test, I focused instead on my personal experiences in deciding how to conclude our Ricoh Theta S review.

Do I think this quirky panoramic shooter belongs in your camera bag? Or would you be better off to stick with the labor of love that is the multi-shot panorama, trying to avoid stitching errors and problems with subject motion? Find out all this and more in my Ricoh Theta S conclusion, and if you've not already done so, don't forget to check out my field test as well!
