Compact, wireless and user-friendly: Canon expands their wireless all-in-one PIXMA lineup

 

 

Canon has announced four new wireless all-in-one PIXMA printers in their PIXMA TS series. The PIXMA TS5020, TS6020, TS8020 and TS9020 inkjet printers are more compact than their predecessors, but are stated to include high-quality capabilities.

Of the new TS-series printers, Canon U.S.A. president COO Yuichi Ishizuka says, “Canon U.S.A is excited to bring a new series of PIXMA printers into families’ lives, helping to make their day to day more productive than ever. By decreasing the size, but increasing efficiencies and delivering crisp and clear results, we’ve made the printers in this series must-haves for every home.”

The printers have a focus on ease of use and cost-effectiveness, but they also pack in a variety of new features. The TS9020 includes a 5-inch touchscreen, whereas the TS8020 and TS6020 models include smaller touchscreens and the TS5020 doesn’t use a touchscreen at all. All the printers are fast and ready to print six seconds after powering them on, which is twice as fast as previous models. The series are also cloud printing capable with the TS9020 and TS8020 also offering NFC compatibility with Android devices. Further, the TS9020 lets users enhance their images right on the 5-inch display. If you’re a big fan of Instagram, you’ll be pleased to hear that all the new TS printers are compatible with Canon’s brand-new 5 x 5 inch paper option.
