APS-C vs full-frame sensors, what are the differences in image quality when using the same lens?

Photographer Ilko Alexandroff has created a new video to illustrate the difference between using a specific lens on an APS-C or a full-frame camera body. An 85mm lens on a crop-sensor body offers a similar focal length as an 135mm lens on a full-frame camera body, what sort of difference in image quality and overall look of the photo can you expect?
You may already be aware of the differences between working with APS-C and full-frame cameras, but Alexandroff’s video is a very practical demonstration and well worth viewing. He used the following gear in the video below: Canon 1DX and Canon 70D camera bodies with Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM and Canon EF 135mm f/2L USM lenses.
