Adobe has released updated versions of Lightroom and Camera Raw. Lightroom is now up to CC 2015.10 and standalone 6.10. Camera Raw’s latest update brings it to version 9.10.
Lightroom’s update is aimed at providing additional camera raw support, lens profile support and addressing bugs. Note that the camera support has also been improved in updated versions of Lr for iOS and Android. The new camera support in Lightroom includes: Canon EOS M6, Canon EOS Rebel T7i (EOS 800D and EOS Kiss X9i in Europe and Japan respectively), Canon EOS 77D (EOS 9000D in some markets) and the Pentax KP. For the full list of new lens profiles, see here, but some highlights include the new Sigma 135mm f/1.8 DG HSM lens and Sony’s latest FE lenses, the 85mm f/1.8 and 100mm f/2.8 STF GM OSS.
Further, numerous bugs and customer-reported issues have been fixed. You can see the list of bugs fixed here.
Adobe Camera Raw version 9.10 brings the same new camera and lens support as the Lightroom update and fixes ACR-specific bugs. The full list of camera/lens support and bug fixes can be seen here. Notably, Hasselblad H6D-50c, Panasonic FZ1000, Panasonic GH4 and Panasonic LX100 owners should be pleased with ACR fixing loading and color profile issues for files from these cameras.
