3 of the best Nikon camera tips for wildlife photographers (and tips for non-Nikonians too)

 

 

If you use a Nikon DSLR to capture wildlife photos, this latest video from Morten Hilmer is a must-see. In the video below, Hilmer covers three of his best Nikon tricks in three minutes, including tips for various camera settings.

His first tip is to customize the preview button on your camera. He sets his to trigger image playback so that he can check recently-captured images without taking his hand off his heavy lens. He can use his right hand to start the playback process and figure out if he needs to change any settings before his next shooting opportunity. To see the rest of his tips, watch the video below.
