Join Thomas Heaton as he leads a workshop in picturesque Iceland

 

 

Travel photographer and educator Thomas Heaton has been hosting a landscape photography workshop in Iceland and in his latest video, we get to join him and his group as the photograph the Snaefellsnes peninsula in southwestern Iceland.

The group starts with some seascapes and as is often the case in Iceland, the views are simply stunning. Don't be fooled by the lovely light, Iceland is so far north that summer days can feature nearly 24 hours of sunlight. While this limits your traditional night photography options, it also means you have a lot of opportunities for great light.
