A couple of weeks ago, I published my first field test for the Canon EOS M6 Mark II. (Not already read it? I highly recommend starting there for a discussion of ergonomics and handling, lens selection, customizability and daytime image quality.) And now, I've followed up with my second and final field test, wrapping things up for the real-world portion of our M6 II review.
In this second part, I take a look at some sports shooting -- go karts, specifically -- to follow on from the shooting senior editor William Brawley did for our hands-on preview video at Canon's launch event, which took place at the Road Atlanta circuit. I've also tried out the updated face / eye-detection of the M6 II, as well as its overhauled 4K, Full HD and slow-motion video capture capabilities.
And to top all of that off, I've published a raft of real-world night shots spanning the entire sensitivity range, and offered my verdict on low-light image quality and performance. For the full story, read on in part two of my Canon M6 II field test now!
